1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (NOT A PROFESSIONAL QUOTE)

Reno Snap provides an artificial intelligence-based tool designed to generate rapid, high-level cost estimates for home renovations and repairs based on user-uploaded photographs. These estimates are strictly for informational and educational purposes and constitute an "educated guess."

Reno Snap is not a licensed contractor, appraiser, or construction professional. The estimates provided by the App do not constitute formal quotes, bids, or guarantees of actual construction or repair costs. Users (including real estate professionals) must not present these estimates to clients, buyers, or sellers as legally binding or professionally certified quotes. Reno Snap LLC shall not be held liable for any financial losses, disputes, or damages arising from reliance on the estimates provided by the App.

2. DATA USAGE AND AI TRAINING RIGHTS

By uploading photographs, property information, or any other data ("User Content") to Reno Snap, you grant Reno Snap LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content.

Specifically, you explicitly consent to Reno Snap LLC using your uploaded images and associated data to train, improve, and develop our artificial intelligence and machine learning models. We reserve the right to use this data in any manner to improve our services, forever, without any compensation or further notice to you. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and share photographs of the properties you submit.

3. FAIR USE AND API ABUSE POLICY

Reno Snap utilizes complex AI models that incur significant computational costs. To ensure a stable and fair experience for all users, your use of the App is subject to a Fair Use Policy.

You agree not to exploit the App by utilizing automated scripts, bots, or uploading an unreasonable volume of images (e.g., thousands of photos in a short period) that places an undue burden on our infrastructure or API costs. Reno Snap LLC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to immediately throttle, suspend, or permanently terminate your account and access to the App without notice or refund if we determine you are violating this Fair Use Policy or abusing the system.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reno Snap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
